Hospital administration is the work of making many departments behave like one institution. At Mahaveer Multispecialty Hospital this means guiding end-to-end administration, business operations and service expansion across clinical and non-clinical functions. Earlier, as Chief Administrator and then Director at Seth Nandlal Dhoot Hospital, it meant running a 200-bed multi-specialty hospital with a strong referral base in oncology, cardiology, trauma, orthopaedics and critical care.
